College vs. Pro

This has been a subject of debate for many years whether college sports are better then pros. Well here is my opinion on this subject. First of all I think that in college sports there is more passion and excitment within their respective games for example you take the recent basketball tournament who would've thought that all of the # 1 seeds would be knocked out by the second round, and how would have thought that UConn and Butler would be playing for the champinoship I sure didn't; but that is because of the exctiment, and passion levels of these teams that have made this tournament so great. Now in pro sports where the atheletes are paid millions of dollars to play a game that they claim to love so much these athletes cry about not being paid enough, about being short changed or not being given the ball enough. Ok let me say this I'm not saying that pro athelets shouldn't be paid a decent salary for playing a sport or game that could potentially risk serious damage to their bodies; but at the college level you don't here the players grip about these types of things; but you do at the pro level. Here is my true thoughts on this there are major differences between pro & college sports one of them being that at the college level these atheletes don't get paid, they have just as much risk of serious injury as they do at the pro level, and the games are far more interesting to watch then at the pro level at times now on the pro level you have alot of players, and teams that are interesting to watch because of their flambouyancy and the talent level but the pro game at times doesn't even come close to the passion of college level sports at times and as for the players gripping about money and all of that at the pro level I will say this to any of them " Whatever happened to playing the game for the love it"  as some of the greats did back in the past money to them didn't matter much, and don't forget one major thing college level kids don't get paid for playing the same type of game with just as much risk as the pros do so you tell me what level has more passion pro or college.
